Mr. Ashwani Sharma has post qualification experience in the hardcore profession of accountancy. He has experience in the field of Taxation, Audit, Accounting, Company Law Matters, Financial Services, VAT & Sales Tax, FEMA, Foreign Taxation, STPI, Foreign Collaborations etc.

Gaurav Gupta, Advocate, did his B.Com (H) from Hans Raj College, University of Delhi, and LL.B (Hons.) from Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University.
Gaurav is Member of Supreme Court Bar Association, Delhi High Court Bar Association and Sales Tax Bar Association. Gaurav has been enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in January 2017 and since then has experience of 8 years and counting, working in the field of Indirect Taxation, Income Tax, FEMA, Commercial Laws. Gaurav has represented Clients before Income Tax, GST Authorities. He has also worked closely with foreign Companies for their compliance related requirements in India.
